I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2016, driven by a deep sense of purpose in helping others. Over time, I found myself particularly drawn to assisting individuals recovering from injuries, ranging from muscle strains to post-operative knee or hip replacements. This aspect of my work proved to be incredibly fulfilling. I collaborated closely with physiotherapists and osteopaths, providing their clients with the ‘gym’ component of their rehabilitation.

In 2020, I transitioned to becoming a sports therapist, where I had the privilege of working alongside outstanding physiotherapists and osteopaths. This experience allowed me to learn and enhance my skills through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses with esteemed industry leaders, covering areas such as mobilisations and spinal manipulations.

Today, I practice as an Osteopath, having completed my Bachelor’s Degree at the London School of Osteopathy.
